Grab your sunglasses! We’re tracking a lot of sunshine….It’s been a while since we’ve seen weather like this, especially since it’s the middle of August! But enjoy every second of it. As we move through this Thursday, expect mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the mid 80s. Lows will be in the mid and upper 60s tonight under mostly clear skies.
On Friday, high pressure will continue to build across the area, giving way to mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 80s. For the weekend, more sunshine is expected for a lot of us, but a few showers could develop over the Outer Banks of North Carolina Saturday and Sunday. Highs will be in the mid 80s. Isolated showers and storms are possible early next week for all of us with highs in the upper 80s.
