Woman charged for trapping, assaulting 2 women in Williamsburg Amtrak bathroom

Williamsburg, Va. – A 29-year-old woman was arrested Saturday for an incident where she allegedly trapped two people in a bathroom at the Amtrak station.

Williamsburg Police were called to the Amtrak Station in the 400 block of North Boundary Street around 11:00 a.m. amid reports of a possible fight.

Officers arrived to find two women who told them they had gone to use the bathroom and while inside, encountered another woman who became agitated and started yelling at them.

The woman, identified as 29-year-old Nikole Krystine Fenton, reportedly stepped in between the victims and the bathroom door when they tried to exit, trapping them inside.

Fenton then allegedly pushed one of the victims to the ground.

Fenton was arrested and transported to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail where she was charged with two counts of Abduction, one count of Assault, one count of Assault and Battery and one count of Disorderly Conduct.
