Norfolk, Va. – Crews rushed out the scene of a multi vehicle accident on Friday night after they say a car was going eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-64.
This happened near Bay Avenue and Willoughby.
All westbound lanes are closed.
There is a 3-mile backup right now.
State police say there are no injuries reported right now.
