UPDATE: Police say they have made an arrest in the murder of Deon Blowe.
They've arrested Tylik Laquonne Reid.
He has been charged with second degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Norfolk, Virginia - Police say a man was shot and killed in the 1200 block of Bunsen Court shortly before 11:00pm Sunday.
This happened in the Wellington Oaks neighborhood, near Norview High School and a daycare center.
The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Deon Blowe.
