Portsmouth, Virginia – Police say shortly before 4:00am, shots were fired through the door of a home in the 30 block of Channing Avenue. This is in the Craddock section of Portsmouth.
A teen inside the home was grazed by a bullet during the shooting, according to police, and did not require medical treatment at a hospital.
No suspect information is available at this time.
