Smithfield, Rhode Island – A structure collapse on the campus of Bryant University in Rhode Island sent six people to the hospital on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened at an indoor practice facility that’s under construction at the school.
Police say the victims fell about 30 feet and were under the structure when rescue crews arrived.
Police say the injuries are minor and did not involve any Bryant students or staff.
Classes at the school are not scheduled to begin until next week.
