Suffolk, Va. – Terrance Travis Taylor was arrested on January 18 for involuntary manslaughter in connection with a fatal vehicle accident.
One died and two others were seriously injured after a head-on collision in Suffolk in early September.
The two-vehicle accident happened in the 4500 block of Carolina Road in the Whaleyville borough.
Calls came in at 4:29 p.m.
Police say a Chevrolet work van and a Chevrolet 4-door sedan collided.
The van overturned.
Davey Kennedy Bellamy, 48, of Suffolk died. He was the driver of the 4-door sedan.
Another man and a woman were taken to the hospital.
