Virginia Beach, Va.- A North Carolina man admitted he and another man broke into a Virginia Beach gun store and stole nearly 2 dozens firearms.
Twenty-five-year-old Robert Gibson pleaded guilty to charges of possession of stolen firearms. Gibson and a co-conspirator broke into AWH Arms and stole 22 guns earlier this year.
The two then sold them on the street.
The case was broken open when a drunk man left a night club and started shooting one of those stolen guns into the air.
The man identified Gibson and his partner as the people who sold him the firearm.
