Update, per Commonwealth's Attorney's Office: On November 19, Leon Foreman pleaded guilty in Norfolk Circuit Court to two counts of sexual battery. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail on each charge with all of the time suspended conditioned upon jail time already served, being of uniform good behavior for two years, having no contact with victims, and paying court costs.

Norfolk, Va. - It has been a little more than a month since Jason Crews says he was sexually assaulted by Leon Foreman. Crews says he used to work for the man accused of the assault.

Crews says he was contacted by Foreman in July after Crews posted an advertisement on Craigslist as a handy man to earn some extra money. According to Crews, Foreman made sexual advances towards him when he was called over to his house to work one night. He then says he was assaulted a few days later.

Crews says if it could happen to him, it can happen to anyone.

"If I have to be that guy that helps other men that is fine; I just want to let them know that they are not alone," said Crews.

Now Crews is encouraging others to come forward and to contact the Norfolk Special Victims Unit if they have been sexually assaulted.

"I don't have any shame. I didn't do anything wrong, the wrong happened to me," he said.

After hearing Crews' side of the story, we went to Foreman's home to get his side, but he wasn't home.
