Newport News, Va. – A Newport News Burger King was robbed by a man wielding a box cutter Monday morning.
Police received a call about the robbery in the 10000 Block of Jefferson Avenue at 6:54 AM.
The suspect is described as a black man, 5’8-6’0 tall, 150 lbs, wearing a blue hoodie, blue scarf, and black gloves. He is between 35-40 years old.
The man left the Burger King with the cash drawer and an undisclosed amount of money.
There were no reported injuries.
