It’s the first week of school for most Hampton Roads students, and NewsChannel 3 is Taking Action for teachers.
The NewsChannel 3 morning crew went to Hermitage Elementary School to give a teacher’s classroom a makeover. Ms. Perez was the lucky nominee who received a brand new look for her classroom, just in time for the new school year.
Evening anchor Kurt Williams tracked down a special teacher at Landstown Highschool--his wife! Kurt dropped by to interview Mrs. Williams, who has been teaching for 23 years.
