York County, Va. - The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office have arrested a man who was suspected of stalking and obscene sexual display.

On September 14, the sheriff's office received a report of a suspicious man, now identified as 25-year-old Taylor Daniels, acting suspicious in the area of the soccer fields on Old Landing Road.

Daniels was reportedly committing sexual acts on himself while watching the person who called police.

After completing the investigation, deputies arrested him for stalking and obscene sexual display.

Deputies found several sexual devices from Daniels' vehicle.

Neighbors who live near the park where Daniel's was arrested were surprised to hear about the arrest.

"That kind of a little bit of shocks, you hear about these things happening on TV but not think about it in your area," said Thomas Krohn, a Yorktown resident.

Daniels is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
