Williamsburg, Va. – A Missouri man was charged with sexual assault of a girl under 13-years-old.
Police tell NewsChannel 3 that school counselors reported that a female student told them she was a victim of sexual assault.
The victim says that she was sexually assaulted by 26-year-old Andre Corporal Jr. of Missouri.
She said that Corporal had been assaulting her from February of 2015 to April of 2015 in a hotel on the 800 block of Capitol Landing Road where her family was staying at the time.
Corporal was charged with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration in Marion County, Missouri on the afternoon of September 21.
He is being held in Missouri waiting on extradition.
