Suffolk, Va. – A mother has been arrested after witnesses told police she abused her toddler at the Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters.
Police were called out to the 1000 block of Hillpoint Boulevard South about a reported child abuse.
Several workers at the facility told police they saw Della Johanna Fosdick, 25, abusing her two-year-old.
She was arrested on charges of abuse and neglect of children and cruelty and injuries to children.
The child is now with a family friend.
Child Protective Services has been notified.
