Norfolk, Va. – A 21-year-old Norfolk man has been accused of abducting and raping a juvenile.
Police say Donald R. Dunn III f the 7000 block of Gardner Road was arrested on August 18th. He was charged with abduction, rape, use of electronic means for child sex and possession of child porn.
A juvenile told police that Dunn sexually assaulted her on August 10th. Police were told on August 17th and hours later Dunn was arrested.
No other details have been released.
