11-year-old tells police stranger grabbed her while walking to bus stop

Norfolk, Va. – Police are looking for a man who grabbed a girl’s arm near Camp Allen Elementary School while she was walking to her bus stop.

It happened at around 8 a.m. on Tuesday at a bus stop at Diven and Hannah Street.

Police were called to Camp Allen around 9:15 a.m. for a suspicious situation.

An 11-year-old girl told police that a man she didn’t know grabbed her.

The girl was able to get from the man unharmed.

The suspect is described as a white man around 5’9″ to 6’0″ and between 200 – 220 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt, green shorts and a white towel around his neck.

He rode away on a black beach cruiser.
