Portsmouth, Va. (WTKR) – Portsmouth Police are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store Saturday evening.
Police were called to the Neighborhood Market on Afton Parkway for the armed robbery that happened at 6:19pm on Saturday, October 3, 2015.
Detectives say two black men wearing all black clothing walked into the store with a handgun and demanded money.
Employees handed over cash and the two men ran away.
No injuries were reported.
