Portsmouth, Va. – Portsmouth Police are investigating the death of a man found Sunday morning near the Chesapeake/Portsmouth city line.
According to Portsmouth Police Public Information Officer Detective Misty Holley, a Chesapeake Police officer was flagged down by a citizen near the city line.
When Portsmouth Police officers arrived, they found an adult male unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased by medics.
The investigation is still ongoing. A Medical Examiner will determine a cause of death.
