Southern Shores man arrested on drug charges in Kill Devil Hills

Kill Devil Hills, N.C. – A Southern Shores man has been arrested after being found with numerous drugs as he left a Kill Devil Hills hotel room.

Members of the Dare County Narcotics Task Force arrested the man on Sunday as they were working on another investigation of heroin sales from a hotel room in the Kill Devil Hills area.

While officers were conducting surveillance on the room, 27-year-old Wesley Taylor Foster left.  The Task Force followed Foster and stopped him at a convenience store near the hotel.

Officers found him in possession of Heroin, Cocaine, and MDMA.

Foster was charged with: Felony Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Heroin and Felony Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Cocaine and was released in lieu of a $20,000 Secured Bond.

The Dare County Narcotics Task Force is made up of the Dare County Sheriff’s Office, Nags Head Police Department, Kill Devil Hills Police Department, Kitty Hawk Police Department, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations and North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement.
