Norfolk, Va. – Three apartment units have sustained damages after there was a small fire in a bathroom.
It happened at Tidewater Senior Apartments at around 10 a.m.
The bathroom fan caught fire and the sprinkler system put out the fire before crews arrived.
The apartment where the fire happened has fire damage to the bathroom and smoke damage throughout the unit.
The complex had three stories, and the two apartments below the apartment where the fire started are being treated for water damage. The residents are expected to return later this afternoon.
Management displaced the resident of the main unit that caught fire.
No injuries were reported.
