Virginia Beach, Va. – Police in Virginia Beach are asking for the public’s help identifying a person involved in a shoplifting and assault incident at the Food Lion at 1077 Virginia Beach Boulevard.
On Friday, October 2nd around 3:40 p.m., a man entered the store and was seen concealing a package of hot dogs. The man tried to leave the store without paying for the item but was confronted by store management. He then assaulted the manager and fled the scene on foot.
