Newport News, Va– The Port Warwick Arts and Sculpture Festival is celebrating its 11th year at this year’s festival on October 10th and 11th.
This year’s festival promises to be fresh and new offering live acoustic music along with food and drinks.
The art show will feature artwork such as hand carved furniture, glass and jewelry, large and small sculptures, mixed media and paintings in oil, acrylic, and watercolor.
There will also be a tent set up for children where they can create and purchase artwork. A portion of the tent’s proceeds will go towards funding for an emerging artist scholarship fund.
The event is set to run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
