Virginia Beach, Va.  – Police have found the man who they say robbed a Wells Fargo Bank in Virginia Beach on the evening of October 16.

Andrew Scott Luchard, 33, has been charged with robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Luchard has also been identified as the suspect of a robbery of a 7-Eleven on Indian River Road on September 22.

Calls came in about the incident at 5:52 p.m.

Police say this occurred at the location on 6563 College Park Square.

Officers say Luchard walked into the bank and passed the teller a note implying he had a gun.

After getting the cash, he ran away and hopped onto a silver bicycle.
