Portsmouth, Va. (WTKR) - A tractor trailer flipped on its side near the Midtown Tunnel entrance heading from Portsmouth into Norfolk Monday afternoon. Our Todd Corillo was stuck in the traffic and shot this video.
Traffic was temporarily diverted through the inspection station in order to get into the Midtown Tunnel.
The single-vehicle accident happened at about 12:42PM, according to Portsmouth police, who say the man driving the truck suffered a 'very minor' injury.
Charges are pending against the driver.
