Three people sought for theft plot at Chesapeake department store

Chesapeake, Va. – Police in Chesapeake are looking for three people who are accused in a theft plot at a department store.

Police say that on August 17th, a woman left a department store in the Chesapeake Square area without paying for $115 in merchandise.

A short time later, two men entered the store and returned the same stolen items.

The three left the area in an older model Ford Taurus with a bike rack attached to the back.
