Rubi was riding in a 2000 Toyota Tundra, driven by Kendra Lyn Seely, that was travelling eastbound in the 200 block of Little Florida Road around 2:30 a.m. when Seely ran off the road and struck a drainage culvert, according to State Police preliminary investigations.
