Virginia Beach, Va. – Police are searching for a man and a woman with a distinctive appearance who used a stolen credit card in Virginia Beach.
The card was stolen along with other items from a vehicle in the 500 block of Holley Court on October 10th, and was used the next day at several locations near the Birdneck shopping center.
The woman has long black hair with white highlights and unique tattoos on her back.
