Norfolk, Va. – A person has been rushed to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in Norfolk on Wednesday night.
Police tell NewsChannel 3 this happened at Early Street and Princess Anne Road.
Emergency crews received calls about the accident at 8:35 p.m.
