Norfolk, Va. – A Portsmouth man will face nearly two decades behind bars for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin.
Allen Andre Brown, 36, brought and sold over 13 kilograms of cocaine and 478 grams of heroin.
In addition to prison time, Brown must forfeit $3,365 and a semi-automatic pistol with ammunition.
Brown pleaded guilty to the charges on May 20.
Court documents say Brown manufactured and dealt the drugs from November 2013 to November 2014.
Detectives executed a search warrant to Brown’s residence after an investigation into his drug activity.
Officers found 181 grams of heroin, 37 grams of cocaine, a scale, a security camera, thousands of dollars, a semi-automatic pistol and ammunition.
Brown admitted to receiving a profit of over $5,000 per kilogram of cocaine. He received over half a million dollars for the drugs he sold on the streets.
Brown will have to pay $555,850 as a monetary judgement.
