After receiving several phone tips about the suspect, investigators identified the suspect as 48-year-old Christopher Gemski.

Gemski was found at a relative's house in Buckingham County, Virginia.

On October 14th at approximately 3:30 p.m., Gemski entered the store and was recorded on surveillance video appearing to stalk a juvenile girl who was shopping in the store with her mother.

Gemski waited until the juvenile was isolated in the frozen foods aisle.  He then approached her and spoke to her in an attempt to get her attention.  When the victim looked over at the suspect, she observed that he was exposing himself.

The victim retreated from the suspect as Gemski quickly adjusted his clothing and headed for the exit.

Gemski was charged with a felony charge of indecent exposure and a misdemeanor charge of engaging in an actual or explicitly simulated sexual act in public.

He is currently being held in Buckingham County, Virginia.
