VIPIR Forecast: Tracking quite a chill for the weekend

Posted

It’s getting chilly this weekend….We’re tracking quite a chill for the weekend, all courtesy of a strong cold front that will sweep through the area tonight. While a few more clouds are possible tonight as the front passes, most of us should be dry with overnight low temps in the upper 40s and lower 50s. On Friday, high pressure builds over the area, giving way to mostly sunny skies. Highs will climb into the mid 60s. But by Saturday and Sunday, it’s going to be even colder. Highs will only reach the mid and upper 50s under mostly sunny skies! Overnight lows will creep into the 30s.  By next week, warmer air will push in, along with some rain by the middle of next week.

Tonight: Stars and Clouds. Chilly.  Overnight low temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Winds: W 10-15 mph.

Friday: Mostly Sunny. Breezy and Mild. High temperatures in the mid 60s. Winds: W 10-20 mph.

Saturday: Mostly Sunny and Chilly. High temperatures in the mid and upper 50s. Winds: NW 10-15 mph.
