Warmer temps and a chance of rain for the work week….As we move through our Monday, expect more sunshine across Hampton Roads and NE North Carolina as high pressure continues to dominate our weather. High temperatures will climb into the mid 60s by afternoon. On Tuesday, a few more clouds will build in under an east wind. Still, most of the day will be dry with high temperatures in the mid 60s. By Wednesday, all eyes will be on an approaching frontal system from the west. For most of the day, we will see partly sunny skies and a couple of isolated showers. Highs will climb into the lower 70s. Most of the rain will move in Thursday. Some of the rain could be heavy at times. Highs will be near 70 Thursday. By Friday, highs will be back in the 60s.
