Norfolk, Va. – A man has been arrested after police say he and another man were seen running from an apartment after reports of a burglary.
Calls came in at around 3:50 a.m. about a burglary in progress in the 800 block of Bancker Road.
Police arrived on the scene and say they saw Mitchell R. Grice and another man running from the apartment.
They were able to capture Grice, but the second suspect is still at large.
Grice has been charged with burglary and grand larceny.
Grice is now in the Norfolk City Jail.
