Tracking rain, storms and much cooler air….Stay VIPIReady! We’re tracking a strong cold front that will bring us a good chance of rain, a few thunderstorms and much cooler air.  The front will slide in from the west through Thursday, giving way to rain and a few isolated thunderstorms. Some of the rain could be heavy at times, so keep that in mind. The rain will begin to taper off late Thursday, setting us up for some sunshine on Friday. High temperatures will be in the mid 70s on Thursday. On Friday, though, with the front offshore, high temperatures will drop into the upper 50s and lower 60s.  Another push of cold air will arrive this weekend. On Saturday, highs will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s, but by Sunday and Monday, some areas may not get out of the upper 40s for highs!

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy. Isolated Showers (20%). Breezy. Low temperatures in the mid 60s. Winds: S 10-15 mph.

Thursday: Mostly Cloudy. Rain (100%). Possible T’storms,. Windy. High temperatures in the mid 70s. Winds: S 10-20 mph.

Friday:  Clouds and Sun. Stray Shower Early (20%). Much cooler. High temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Winds: N 15-20+ mph.
