Suffolk, Va. – A woman says two men shot at her and tried to rob her outside of a Suffolk home on Tuesday night.
Police were called out to the scene in the 800 block of Ridley Street at 8:07 p.m.
The caller told them there were shots fired and someone screaming in the area.
When police arrived, they found a woman in her driveway who told them two men tried to rob her at gunpoint.
She says she was inside of the home when she heard her dogs barking excessively.
She went outside to investigate and that’s when one of the robbers approached her, took out a gun and demanded money.
The victim told the suspects she did not have any money and she says one of the men shot in her direction.
Both suspects left the scene on foot.
The woman was not harmed.
Police are still investigating this case.
