VIPIR Forecast: A second blast of cold air moves in for the weekend and early next week

Posted

Much cooler weather is on the way….As we move through the weekend, bundle up! Some areas may not get out of the 40s for afternoon highs! We’ll talk about that in a moment. But first, as we move through Saturday, expect partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions as highs reach the upper 50s and lower 60s. A few late day showers are possible as a cold front pushes in from the west. But by Sunday, rain chances will increase just a bit as the front sweeps through. Otherwise, expect partly sunny skies. High temperatures will dip into the upper 40s and lower 50s on Sunday. By Monday, most of us will be in the 40s under mostly sunny skies. The sun will stick around into Tuesday. Highs will be back in the 60s by the Thanksgiving holiday.

Friday Night: Mostly Clear. Cold and Breezy.  Low temperatures in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Winds: N 10-15 mph.

Saturday: Partly Cloudy. Late Day Showers Possible (20%).  Breezy.  High temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Winds: NE/SE 5-15 mph.

Sunday: Partly Sunny. Chance of Showers (30%). Much cooler. Breezy. High temperatures in the upper 40s. Winds: N 15-20 mph.
