TIFT COUNTY, Ga. — A residence in Georgia is getting a lot of attention.

Built in 1969, the facility can withstand a 20-kiloton nuclear blast, according to the listing on Harry Norman Realtors.

The facility was renovated to government standards in 2012 and is now on sale for $17.5 million.

According to the listing, the facility sits on 20 or more acres and features three-foot thick walls, decontamination showers and an updated air intake system.

It also has 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, an exercise room, media room, recreation room and workshop.
