Hampton, Va. – A 17-year-old boy has been arrested for domestic maiming after stabbing another man.
Police received a call about the stabbing around 5:30 p.m. on November 23 in the 300 block of Little Round Top.
When officers arrived to the home, they found a 40-year-old man suffering from one stab wound. He was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The victim has been released from the hospital.
Investigators say the victim and the suspect knew each other. According to police, the stabbing came after a verbal argument between the two males.
The teen is charged with one count of domestic maiming and is in police custody at this time.
