Norfolk, Va. – The U.S. Navy released names on Wednesday of over 23,000 Sailors selected for advancement to E-4, E-5, and E-6 during the 2015 fall advancement cycle.
The total advancement number includes 18,491 Active Duty Sailors, 4,482 Reserve Sailors, 534 Full Time Support (FTS) Sailors and 2,282 Sailors advanced earlier this year through the Meritorious Advancement Program.
