Norfolk, Va. - Dozens of sailors enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner with their families yesterday at Naval Station Norfolk.
72 service members and their families shared the meal.
They told NewsChannel 3's Shawn O'Domski that their family members' safe return is what they are the most grateful for this holiday season.
Meanwhile soldiers serving in and around Prince George County got a Thanksgiving treat.
Not only did they get the full feast - it was served by their commanders!
That was a surprise for most of these young soldiers who've only been in the Army a few months.
