Norfolk, Va. – Two people were wounded in a shooting early Sunday morning in the Park Place neighborhood of Norfolk.
Shortly after 3:00am, dispatchers received a call for a possible gunshot victim in the 500 block of W. 34th Street.
Police and medics responded located a person suffering from what appeared to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound and transported the victim to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.
Another person also arrived at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with a possible non-life threatening gunshot wound. That person is also believed to have been wounded during the same shooting incident.
