UPDATE: Ira “Jack” Phillips has been found safe in Chesapeake.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach police need your help to find a missing 74-year-old man.
They are looking for Ira “Jack” Phillips who they say is in need of medical assistance.
He was last seen on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 3:12 p.m. in the 200 block of South Parliament Drive.
He left driving a white 2003 short-bed 4WD Ford F150 with Virginia license plates JJG7952.
