Patrick Rockey’s Live VIPIR Forecast
Here’s the plan: Get the rain and chilly weather out of the way early in the week so we can enjoy sunshine and warmer temperatures.
After a cold and rainy Monday, sunny weather will return for Tuesday. The coastal low responsible for our wet weather will be replaced by an area of high pressure and dry weather. The sunshine should send our temperature up about five degrees on Tuesday into the mid-to-upper 50s.
On Wednesday, the high will shift off shore shifting our winds to the south. That southerly wind will push the mercury back into the lower 60s.
And the warming trend continues on Thursday and Friday. We expect plenty of sunshine with high temperatures in the mid 60s.
It gets even warmer this weekend with temperatures pushing toward 70 on both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday is looking dry and sunny, while we expect increasing clouds and a chance of afternoon showers on Sunday.
And it looks like more wet weather will be with us next Monday.
