Chesapeake, Va. – Police are investigating a shooting in the 2000 block of Flower Lane.
Police responded to a shots fired call on December 8 around 7 p.m.
Officers found a 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene.
The victim says he was standing in the area when he was shot. He says he did not see the suspect.
The victim was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for what appears to be non-life threatening injuries. There is no update on his condition at this time.
