Newport News, Va. – Police need your help finding a person suspected of robbing an 86-year-old man.
On November 21 around 3 p.m., the victim was robbed while sitting in his vehicle at the Wilco Hess gas station on 6104 Jefferson Avenue.
The victim just made a purchase inside of the gas station when the suspect came up to the victim’s vehicle. The robber asked the victim for money, then pulled out a knife and went through the victim’s pockets, taking his cash.
The robber is described as a black male wearing a red shirt and white, full brimmed hat.
