Suffolk, Va. – Police have found a man who might have information related to the case of Quantez Russell, who was last seen leaving Suffolk on November11.

Officers say they have made contact with Dequan Shakeith Sapp, who may have information on the disappearance of Russell.
Russell is missing under suspicious circumstances. He was believed to be heading to Newport News. The vehicle he was driving was recovered in Newport News on November 12 and some personal items were found inside of the vehicle.
Police believe Dequann Sapp may have information regarding the disapperance of Quantez Russell.
