Virginia Beach, Va. – A body was found floating in a lake behind Carriage House Apartments, according to police.
Police received the call on December 14 around 9:00 a.m.
The lake was near the apartments in the 900 block of Coachman Court.
Members of the Virginia Beach Police Marine Patrol recovered an adult male.
The undetermined death is under investigation by a homicide unit.
The victim has now been identified as 24-year-old Javonn Darnell Young of Virginia Beach.
