Portsmouth, Va. – Two people were taken to the hospital following a crash at London Boulevard and Constitution Drive on Wednesday.
The crash involved a silver pickup truck and a silver sedan.
The pickup truck to flipped over as a result of the crash.
One driver and one passenger were in the truck. One driver and three children were in the sedan.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Charges are pending against the driver of the truck
