Hatteras, N.C. – Police have arrested a 50-year-old man for allegedly sexually abusing a child on December 14.
Earnest Ray Balance, Jr. was charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of disseminate obscenity to a minor under 13.
Ballance is being held in lieu of a $250,000 secured bond.
