Portsmouth, Va- Portsmouth Police are investigating a Christmas Eve shooting where a man was shot in the chest.
Dispatchers received the call around 7:40pm Thursday evening in the 900 block of Randolph Street.
The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
